Issue number 1 - Voters that have moved

The County Clerk will accept an email from the voter to remove them from the voter list
Mail sent by the County Clerk that is returned by the Post Office as undeliverable causes them to remove the active status for the voter.
A note from the general public will cause the County Clerk to send the voter USPS mail verifying that the voter should still have active status.

Issue number 2 - Becoming a Precinct Committeeperson

Anyone can collect signatures on a nominating petition in advance of primary elections in even numbered years.
The County Republican Chairman, for example, can appoint an individual to an empty precinct.
