    Dear Tazewell County Republican,

As I have an opponent from Bloomington in the November 6 election, I am once again asking for your support.

Your kind words on my behalf, your offer to place my sign in your yard, your willingness to write a brief letter to the editor for me, and your attendance at my upcoming campaign fundraiser would all be greatly appreciated.

Bobbi Keyser, and Gene and Joann Knapp, are hosting this casual event at Green Acres in Morton on September 20 from 5 to 7pm.

If you are unable to attend, your contribution and/or offer to help my re-election in any way would be most welcome. Please call me at 309-360-6651 (cell) or email meatsommer2@mtco.comif you would like to help.

Thanks for your friendship and support. My family and I hope to see you on September 20 at Green Acres.

    Sincerely

    Keith P. Sommer

    Tazewell County GOP Breakfast

Please join us for the Tazewell County Republican breakfast.

Beginning with this breakfast, we will be featuring speakers from organizations within and around Tazewell County that affect our lives and communities.  Whether it is issues, services, history or other items of interest, these speakers and their presentations will help us understand and be aware of the Face of Tazewell County!

For our October breakfast, we will welcome Community Harvest from Morton!  Community Harvest is a local organization that makes a big difference in helping those who need a hand.  Whether or not you are aware of them and the great things they do, this presentation promises to inform and inspire.  Please bring a small grocery bag of non-perishable goods to donate to Community Harvest at the breakfast.

    https://www.communityharvestmorton.com/

Breakfast starts promptly at 8a and the Community Harvest presentation will begin at 8:30a.

Following the Community Harvest presentation, we will hear from a few of our local and possibly state candidates who will give us updates on their campaigns and what we can do to help in the final leg of their election pursuit!

    New Illinois Organizational Meeting

The United States Constitution gives us the right to Representative state government.  But Illinois is a corrupt, failed state. Illinois gives power to favored people, groups and cities—which means it’s not fulfilling its responsibilities to the rest of its citizens. And now this corruption has created a financial disaster.

The U.S. Constitution also gives us the Right to split from Illinois and form a new state. Come and hear about how this process works.

To RSVP or for more information contact: NewIllinoisState@gmail.com or 847-845-9293.
