The annual Veteran's Appreciation Breakfast will be held this year on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, at the Morton American Legion Post 318.
The breakfast is free to all veterans who attend and is only $10 for veteran supporters.
BREAKFAST WILL BE SERVED FROM 8:00 AM TO 9:00 AM WITH THE PROGRAM STARTING FOLLOWING THE BREAKFAST SERVICE. PLEASE BE THERE PRIOR TO 9:00 AM TO ENJOY THE DELICIOUS AND FAMOUS AMERICAN LEGION'S BREAKFAST!!!!!!
The annual Veteran of the Year award will be presented to a someone who resides in Tazewell County, has served and was honorably discharged from a branch of the U.S. military and is consistently active in our community by involving him or herself in causes or actions that give back and/or in some way, makes a difference in the lives of those in our community.
Please share this with all the veterans you know and let's have a great turnout again to show them how much we love and appreciate their contributions to our freedom and liberty.
