Our Chairman, Jim Rule, explains the risks that we are facing today. Liberty is the very foundation of our society and it is under assault in many ways. Americans have the unique ability to defeat those who oppose liberty. The good news is that motivated Republicans in Tazewell County can stand up to these assaults and make a difference in the November 3 General Election.
Republican candidates have been very successful in Tazewell County. This year, however, the threats in Washington DC and in Springfield are worse than ever. Check out how Republicans are working to keep the Republican majority in the U.S. Senate, working to replace Nancy Pelosi as the Speaker of the U.S. House, and working to eliminate the super majority that Mike Madigan controls in the Illinois General Assembly.
More wide spread Vote-By-Mail is seen as a solution for voters that will be uneasy about voting in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We've tried to explain how Governor Pritzker's law and the Illinois GOP's program impact Tazewell County Voters.
In addition to Tazewell County Republicans' effort to fix the VBM program in Illinois, our party will be working harder than ever to assure that our voters vote, whether in person on election day, in person during early voting, or by Vote-by-Mail.
